aapay sabad aapay neesaan: the One is itself the Word and itself the sign. aapay surtaa aapay jaan: itself the listener, itself the knower. aapay kar kar vaykhai taan: creating and creating, it beholds its own power. too daataa naam parvaan: You are the Giver, and Your Name alone is accepted. The aapay ("itself") litany dissolves the sense of two separate parties: speaker and hearer, maker and made, are one reality.
