In plain words

Everything good you could hope for flows from the same Source. Enough to live on, a fair and honest heart, real joy, and freedom inside all come from there.

Holding that Source in your mind again and again, you begin to feel full. It is as if nothing important is missing.

The same Source gives what your body needs and what your soul needs.
The deeper layer

Every good thing in life comes from one Giver, and remembering that Giver makes us feel full.

Arath dharam kaam mokh kaa daataa names the four big aims of a human life in Indian tradition. Arath means having enough to live on. Dharam means living rightly. Kaam means joy and pleasure. Mokh means being free inside. The One is the daataa, the Giver, of all four.

Pooree bha-ee simar simar bidhaataa means "remembering, remembering the Creator, I am fulfilled." Bidhaataa means the One who shapes how life unfolds. Simar means to remember with love.

Think of a lunchbox packed by someone who loves you. The sandwich, the fruit, the snack, the little note inside all come from the same hands. Knowing whose hands packed it makes the whole lunch feel full.

A Question to Sit With

What is something good in your life that you did not make happen all by yourself?
