When the True Guru is pleased and appeased, one is absorbed in the Lord's Name. One who is blessed by the Lord's Mercy, finds the True Guru; night and day, he automatically remains focused on the Lord's meditation. ||1||Pause||

The one whom grace touches finds the Guru, and then, night and day, the mind rests in an easy, natural focus.
When the Guru is pleased, focus comes easily and stays, day and night.
Effortless focus, sahj Dhi-aanaa, is the mark that grace has landed: a mind that settles by itself, the philosophy's sahaj.
