Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
I drank the sweet nectar from the treasure of all treasures, and my mind and body filled with joy.
Nanak says: may the One, who is pure delight, always stay bright in my mind.
The deepest treasure is one you can taste inside as joy.
Nidh nidhaan amrit pee-aa, man tan aanand — the treasure tasted; kabahu na veesrai prabh parmaanand — the One as supreme bliss, always held in mind. Joy is tasted within.
