Nanak chants the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the treasure of peace; I have found the Perfect Guru. ||4||33||63||

Everyone cheers and celebrates — the home of the True One is so beautiful.
Nanak says: chanting the Naam, that treasure of peace, I have found the perfect Guru.
When you find your true home, even others feel like celebrating.
Finding the true home is worth a celebration.
Jai jai kaar sabhai karahi — everyone cheers, "Victory, victory!" Sach thaan suhaa-i-aa — the home of the True One is so beautiful. Picture a whole family cheering at the end of a game, glad for each other.
Jap naanak naam niDhaan — Nanak keeps the Name, the niDhaan or treasure of peace. Sukh pooraa gur paa-i-aa — and he has found the perfect Guru. The shabad ends in joy, because the search has led home.
