In plain words

The One Himself gave me something steady to lean on.

Anyone who takes shelter there stands in a quiet, lasting honor that never fades.

Lean on what lasts, and the honor lasts too.
The deeper layer

The One gives us something steady to lean on.

Charan kamal kaa aasraa deeno parabh aap — the One gave me the support of the "lotus feet." Aasraa means something to lean on, and lotus feet is a loving way to speak of the One's presence. Think of a railing on a steep staircase. You climb with more courage when your hand is on it.

Parabh sarnaagat jan paray — the humble ones come into the One's shelter. Taa kaa sad partaap — and their honor lasts forever. It is a quiet honor that does not fade, the kind of respect people feel for someone truly good.

A Question to Sit With

What can you lean on when everything shakes?
