Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਦਾਸ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਰਿਦ ਕਰਿ ਪਰਗਾਸੁ ॥
daas tayray kee bayntee rid kar pargaas.
This is the prayer of Your slave: please elighten my heart.
ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਤੇ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਦੋਖਨ ਕੋ ਨਾਸੁ ॥੧॥
tumHree kirpaa tay paarbarahm dokhan ko naas. ||1||
By Your Mercy, O Supreme Lord God, please erase my sins. ||1||

Here is my small prayer: fill my heart with light.
By Your kindness, let the faults I carry simply fall away.
Ask for light, and the faults fall away in it.
