In plain words

When the One draws a heart into love, that heart becomes a home full of joy. The Guru's word lights it up.

Songs of joy fill it, the way people sing when someone they love finally comes home. Meeting the Beloved, the peace that arrives is the kind that lasts.

When love takes root, the heart becomes a home lit up with lasting joy.
The deeper layer

When love for the One takes hold of a heart, that heart becomes a happy home.

A Gurmukh is someone whose face is turned toward the Guru. Here the One Himself draws that person into love. Tit ghar bilaaval — in that home there is bilaaval, joy. That is also the name of this raag, the musical mood the whole section is sung in. The Guru's Word, the Shabad, makes the home beautiful.

Mangal naaree gaavahi aa-ay — the women come and sing songs of joy. Picture a family wedding, when everyone gathers at the door singing to welcome someone home. That is the feeling here. It is the warmth of meeting again, not the strain of trying hard. And the peace that comes from meeting the Beloved is the kind that lasts.
