Chant the Lord's Name, and earn the profit.

Searching, searching, searching and reflecting, I have found that the Lord's Name is with the Saints.
ਤਿਨੑਾ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਏਹੁ ਨਿਧਾਨਾ ਜਿਨੑ ਕੈ ਕਰਮਿ ਲਿਖਾਹਾ ॥੧॥

They alone obtain this treasure, who have such pre-ordained destiny. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Searching and searching and reflecting, I found that the Name lives with the saints.

Only those receive this treasure who have it written in their destiny.

The real treasure is found near people who already carry it — and when you find it, it never feels like you earned it; it feels like a gift that was waiting for you.
The deeper layer

Where is the treasure found? "With the saints" — in the company of those who already carry it (Sat Sangat). You do not usually find it alone in a cave; you find it near people in whom it is alive. The line about "pre-ordained destiny" can trouble modern ears — it sounds like a closed door. But read within the tradition's grace-theology, it is not a lottery that excludes most people; it is a way of saying that when you do find it, it feels like gift, not achievement — as though it had been waiting for you all along. The finding never feels earned; it feels given.

A Question to Sit With

Why might the best things in life feel more like gifts you received than prizes you won?
