In plain words

Offer your prayer to your One.

You will receive every blessing there is — treasures of bliss, pleasure, peace, poise, and every deep power.

Everything people strain and struggle to earn through difficult methods is actually available through the simplest thing of all: sincerely turning toward the One and asking.
The deeper layer

"Offer your prayer" (ardaas) — the simple, direct turning-toward in words. And the promise is expansive: the "four blessings" (the classical goals of a whole life), plus bliss, peace, and even the siddhis (spiritual powers that yogis spent lifetimes chasing). Guru Arjan's point is that everything the spiritual world strains after through difficult techniques is available through the humblest possible means — simply asking, turning toward the One in prayer. The elaborate ladder is unnecessary. What the strivers climb toward, the one who prays sincerely is simply given.

A Question to Sit With

Why might the simplest, most honest approach reach further than the most complicated one?
