In plain words

Your humble servant is drunk on the taste of you.

Whoever finds the treasure of the nectar of your love never gives it up to go looking elsewhere.

You can tell when someone has found something truly satisfying — they stop restlessly looking for the next thing. Real fulfillment makes you want to stay.
The deeper layer

This one says: when you find what really satisfies, you stop searching.

teraa jan raam rasain maataa — your servant is lost in the sweet taste of you. Gurbani often uses this picture of being carried away, almost dizzy with joy, for the happiness of truly touching the One.

Here is the telling detail. The one who has truly tasted it "does not give it up to go somewhere else." That is how you know the taste is real. It ends the restless search.

Think of flipping through videos, looking for something good. You keep clicking. Then you find a show you love, and your hand goes still. The one who keeps hopping to the next thing has not found it yet. The one who has tasted the nectar simply stays. Real happiness brings stillness. You stop shopping around, because you've found what all the shopping was for.

A Question to Sit With

How can you tell the difference between something that satisfies you and something that just makes you want more?
