In plain words

Calm, natural ease, joy, and the Word of Bani all flow from the Guru.

True service melts you into the Name.

Blessed with the Word, you hold the Beloved always in mind. Through the true Name you come into real greatness.

Real peace and greatness are gifts that flow when you serve with a true heart.
The deeper layer

Peace and real greatness flow from the Guru to a true heart.

Gur tay saat sahj sukh banee — from the Guru come calm, Sahaj (natural ease), joy, and Bani, the Guru's Word. Sayvaa saachee naam samaanee — true service melts a person into the Name, the way sugar melts into warm milk.

Keeping the preetam, the Beloved, always in mind leads to saach naam vadi-aa-ee, the real greatness of the true Name. This greatness is measured on the inside. It has nothing to do with being famous or important.

A Question to Sit With

What does true greatness look like to you, apart from being famous or rich?
