Dhanaasaree, Third Mehl:
ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਉ ॥

The Truth is in their hearts, and the True Name is on their lips.

Dwelling upon the Truest of the True, their pains are dispelled.

In plain words

I give myself to those who serve the One.

Truth lives in their hearts and the True Name is on their lips; holding the Truest of the true, their pain lifts, and through the true Word the One comes to live in them.

The people whose lives are turned to what is true are worth looking up to.
The deeper layer

Bow to the people whose lives are turned to the One.

Jo har sayveh tin bal jaa-o — I give myself to those who serve the One. It is warm admiration, the way you might look up to an older cousin who is always kind and honest.

Tin hirdai saach sachaa mukh naa-o — Truth lives in their hearts, and the True Name is on their lips. Saacho saach samaalihu dukh jaa-ay — holding on to the Truest of the true, pain goes away. Being around people like this lifts your own heart too.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone you admire because of how honest and kind they are?
