In plain words

The great masters, the countless gods, the quiet sages — all of them long for Your Name.

Through grace a rare person receives it — one whose heart, from the very start, was turned toward love.

The very same One that even the mightiest reach for is within your reach too.
The deeper layer

Everyone, even the greatest, longs for the One's Name, and it comes through grace.

Cha-oraaseeh siDh buDh taytees kot mun jan sabh chaaheh... tayro naa-o — they all long for Your Name. There are the eighty-four siddhs, masters of spiritual powers, and the wise ones. There are the three hundred thirty million gods and the silent sages. These great figures come from the Puranas, old Indian holy stories, and they are named with full respect.

The point is oneness. Even the most honored reach for the same One, the way every river flows to the same sea.

Lilaat likhi-aa Dhur bhaa-o — love written on the forehead from the very start. This is read as openness to grace, which is always there.

A Question to Sit With

What is something so wonderful that even the greatest people still long for it?
