In plain words

My body, my mind, all I have — it all belongs to You, the One who is wise beyond all wisdom.

You listen to my sorrows and my joys, and just by being heard, everything in me gets better.

Being heard by the One makes everything start to heal.
The deeper layer

The One owns everything I have, and listens to everything I feel.

jis kaa tan man Dhan sabh tis kaa — body, mind, and wealth all belong to the One. Everything I call mine is already the One's. From that comes a tender line. tin hee suni-aa dukh sukh mayraa — that same One listens to my sorrows and my joys.

Think of telling a parent about a hard day at school. They may not fix everything. But being heard makes you feel better. That is the idea here: being truly heard is itself the healing. ta-o biDh neekee khataanee — then my whole condition gets better.

A Question to Sit With

Who is someone you can tell both your happy and your sad feelings to?
