Wish for Everything? Turn to the One

ਸਰਬ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਜੇ ਕੋ ਚਾਹੈ ਸੇਵੈ ਏਕੁ ਨਿਧਾਨਾ ॥
sarab manorath jay ko chaahai sayvai ayk niDhaanaa.
If someone wishes for the fulfillment of all his hopes and desires, he should serve the one supreme treasure.
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਅਪਰੰਪਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਰਾਨਾ ॥੩॥
paarbarahm aprampar su-aamee simrat paar paraanaa. ||3||
He is the Supreme Lord God, infinite Lord and Master; meditating on Him in remembrance, one is carried across. ||3||

In plain words

If you long for all your hopes to come true, give yourself to the one true treasure.

That Supreme One is boundless; holding that One in mind, you are carried safely across.

One deep connection can answer the thousand small things you wish for.
The deeper layer

One relationship quietly answers a thousand wishes.

Sarab manorath — every wish of the heart. These are met by serving ayk niDhaanaa, the single treasure, rather than by chasing each wish. Think of plugging into the wall. You do not need a separate battery for every gadget once you are connected to the source.

Paarbarahm aprampar — the Supreme One, beyond every limit. Remember that One, and paar paraanaa — you are carried across.

A Question to Sit With

If you could have one thing that made everything else fall into place, what might it be?
