In plain words

In this age, the one whose heart is coloured through with love for the One is called a warrior.

Guided by the true teacher, they win the hardest battle of all — the one inside themselves — and then everything falls into place.

The bravest thing you can win is the battle inside your own heart.
The deeper layer

The bravest win is the one inside yourself.

Jaa ka-o har rang laago is jug meh so kahee-at hai sooraa — the one filled with love for the One is called a warrior in this age. Sooraa means hero or warrior. Aatam jinai sagal vas taa kai — whoever wins over their own self finds everything else falls into place.

That is a greater victory than any outward fight. Courage means winning the struggle inside. Think of wanting to quit a hard piano piece, and choosing to practice it one more time. That takes real strength. Mastering yourself quietly puts everything else in order.

A Question to Sit With

What is one small inner battle — like a temper or a fear — you'd like to grow braver with?
