In plain words

Those who speak of the One that words cannot hold get to drink the sweetness. Every other fear slips away, and they melt into the Name.

Speak of the One that words cannot hold, and your smaller fears quietly fall away.
The deeper layer

When you speak of the One and taste that sweetness, the small fears fall away.

Jin akath kahaa-i-aa — those who speak the akath, what cannot be spoken. That sounds like a puzzle, and it is meant to. The One is too big for words, yet those soaked in the One can still speak of it. An earlier shabad said the same: the One is described, and still beyond description.

Api-o pee-aa-i-aa — they drink the nectar. An bhai visray — all other fears are forgotten. Naam samaa-i-aa — they melt into the Name.

This is the same bhau, awe, that the first shabads of Gauree teach. Think of how one great sunrise can make you forget a dozen small worries. One deep awe of the One empties out a hundred fears.

A Question to Sit With

What helps your worries "slip away," even for a little while?
