ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਮੁਖਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦਇਆਲ ॥
man tan mukh har naam da-i-aal.
Within their minds, bodies and mouths, is the Name of the Merciful Lord.
ਨਾਨਕ ਤਜੀਅਲੇ ਅਵਰਿ ਜੰਜਾਲ ॥੪॥੫੨॥੧੨੧॥
naanak tajee-alay avar janjaal. ||4||52||121||
Nanak has renounced other entanglements. ||4||52||121||

In their mind, their body, their words -- the Name of the Merciful One is everywhere. And so the tangles that used to trap them simply fall away.
When the Name fills thought, body, and speech, the old tangles fall away.
The closing couplet. Man tan mukh har naam da-i-aal -- mind, body, mouth all hold the Name of the merciful One. Tajee-alay avar janjaal -- other entanglements are released. Janjaal is the net of complications; when the Name fills all three -- thought, body, speech -- there is no loose thread for the tangles to catch on.
