The One is spread through everything, everywhere, inside all of it. And so I sing the praises of the One who knows what is inside every heart.

This is the closing line. Rav rahi-aa sarbat su-aamee — the Master fills everything, everywhere.
Gun gaavai naanak antarjaamee — Nanak sings the praises of the antarjaamee. That word means the inner-knower, the One who reads every heart.
The two ideas belong together. The One is everywhere outside, and also knows you inside. Nothing is hidden from the One. That is a comfort, not a threat. Think of a best friend who can tell you are sad before you say a word, and who sits down beside you.
