Saadhsang kachh bha-o na bharaatee — in the company of the holy, there is no fear and no doubt. The saadh sangat is the company of sincere, seeking hearts. Guru Arjan comes back to it again and again. It is the community that steadies each person in it.
Gun gopaal gaa-ee-ah din raatee — there, the good qualities of the One are sung day and night. Where such people gather in praise, bha-o, fear, and bharaatee, doubt, simply find no place to stand. Think of singing together in the car on a dark, rainy drive. Somehow the storm feels smaller.
