In plain words

Then comes a peace so full it feels like the ground is holding you — calm, restful, glad. Keeping the One in mind again and again, I live inside a joy that has no edges.

Keeping the One in mind, you come to live inside a peace with no edges.
The deeper layer

Remember the One again and again, and life fills with a peace that has no edges.

Sookh sahj saat aanandaa — peace, natural ease, calm, and joy. These four words mean almost the same thing. The Guru stacks them up because one word is not enough. It is like trying to describe the ocean to a friend. You keep adding words, and it is still bigger.

Jap jap jeevay parmaanandaa — remembering and remembering, they live in parmaanand, the highest joy. Jap means repeating and remembering the Name. Here, living and remembering become one thing. The practice is not separate from life. It becomes the way you live.

A Question to Sit With

What does deep peace feel like in your body when you actually have it?
