In plain words

Everyone should dwell on the sweetness of a One like this. This One overflows with every power and lacks nothing. The One can help in any way you could ever need.

Dwell on the One's sweetness — a One complete in every power, who lacks nothing.
The deeper layer

This is a call to everyone: enjoy the sweetness of the One, who has every power and lacks nothing.

This is the Rahao, the "pause" line. It is the center of the shabad, the hymn. Aisaa har ras ramhu sabh ko-ay — everyone, dwell on the sweet taste of such a One. Ras means sweetness, the taste of something. Sabh ko-ay means everyone. No one is left out.

The reason comes next. Sarab kalaa pooran parabh so-ay — that One is complete in every power. Kalaa means ability, skill, power. The One is fully enough, so leaning on the One is never a mistake. Think of a friend who is both kind and strong. You love being near them, and you know they can help.

Sweetness and power come together here, in one breath.

A Question to Sit With

What does it feel like to lean on something you know is completely dependable?
