Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

The One, our Friend, fills the water, the earth, and the sky — present in every single place. And when we sing what is good about that Friend, again and again, our doubts simply dissolve.

The One fills everything, everywhere — and singing that truth dissolves our doubts.
The deeper layer

Jal thal mahee-al pooran har meet — the One "pervading water, land, and sky," and named meet, Friend. This is the Ik Onkar vision: oneness filling everything, so nothing is truly separate. Bharam binsay — doubts vanish — through gaa-ay gun neet, continual singing. To see the One everywhere is to have less to fear anywhere.

A Question to Sit With

If you looked for something good in every place you go, what might you start to notice?
