In plain words

The One is my closest friend, my dearest companion, my everything. The Name of my Master — that is the one support I lean my whole self upon.

The One is friend, companion, everything — and the Name is the one support you can fully lean on.
The deeper layer

This one says the One is every kind of friend you could want, all in one.

This is the closing line, signed with the name Nanak. Meet saajan sakhaa parabh ayk — the One is meet, a friend; saajan, a dear companion; sakhaa, a comrade who is always there. All of them gather into the One.

Every kind of friendship we long for is found in one place. Think of a best friend, a teammate, and a trusted grown-up, all in one.

Naam su-aamee kaa naanak tayk — the Name of the Master is Nanak's tayk. A tayk is the prop you lean your whole weight on, like a walking stick on a steep path.

A Question to Sit With

What would it mean to have one friend who is also your steadiest support of all?
