In plain words

In the forests and the meadows, across every world there is, the Keeper of everything is fully present.

The One has spread out into all of this, kind and gentle toward every living being.

The One is not tucked away somewhere holy — it is spread through forests, fields, and every living thing, and it is kind.
The deeper layer

The One is spread through every forest and field and every living thing, and the One is kind.

Van tarin taribhavan pooran gopaal — in the woods, in the grass, in taribhavan, the three worlds, gopaal, the Sustainer, is pooran, fully present. "The three worlds" is an old way of saying the whole of existence. This is the wide view of Ik Onkar, the truth that One is behind everything. The One is not hidden away somewhere holy.

Barahm pasaar — the wide spreading-out of the Divine. Creation itself is the One spread out. Think of sunlight filling a whole room, reaching every corner at once.

Jee-a sang da-i-aal — and this presence is da-i-aal, kind, toward every living being. It is not a far-off force. It is a kindness woven through everything alive.

A Question to Sit With

Where in the ordinary world — a tree, an animal, a field — do you catch a glimpse of something vast and gentle?
