ha-o vaaree jaa-o jit sohilai sadaa sukh ho-ay. ||1|| rahaa-o.

Sing the praises of the One who knows no fear. I give myself to the song that brings a peace that never ends.
Singing of the Fearless One brings a peace that does not end.
The Rahao. The One is nirbhau -- fearless (the word from the Mool Mantar). The song that praises the Fearless One brings lasting peace, because singing the Fearless makes the singer fearless too.
