Those to whom the teaching has given the Name of the Oneness — their fear is gone. Not managed, not hidden. Gone. When the Name lives in you, there is simply no room left for fear to sit.
This one says that those given the Name lose their fear.
The close is short and complete. Har har naam jaa ka-o gur dee-aa — those to whom the Guru has given the Name. Naanak taa kaa bha-o ga-i-aa — Nanak says, their bha-o, their fear, is gone.
Look at the path the whole shabad has walked. It began with the tongue saying the Name. Then the ego was healed. Then the thirst was quenched. Then the running stopped. Now it lands here: fear disappears.
You do not become fearless by trying hard to be brave. Fearlessness comes naturally to a heart that has found its resting place. Think of a child sleeping soundly in a parent's arms during a storm.
