In plain words

I am a happy servant of my Great One, and that feels like belonging, not lowliness. Whatever is given to me, that is what I eat — and it is enough. There is a deep freedom in trusting that I will be provided for, and simply receiving what comes.

Trusting you'll be provided for turns "servant" into a word for belonging and rest.
The deeper layer

Mohi daasro thaakur ko — "I am the little servant (daasro) of the Master." The diminutive is affectionate, a child's word, not a demeaning one. Dhaan prabh kaa khaanaa — "I eat what the Oneness gives." This is santokh (contentment) as freedom: to be fed from a trusted hand is to be released from the anxious hoarding and grasping that exhaust so many. Belonging to the Oneness is presented as the opposite of servitude — it is rest.

A Question to Sit With

What would change if you truly trusted you'd have what you need?
