True is the one who abides in Truth.

The True One Himself is everything. ||1||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

True is the place where the mind grows clean. True is the person who lives in truth. The true Word has been known through every age. The True One is, itself, everything there is.

True is the place, the person, the Word -- and the True One is, itself, everything.
The deeper layer

A meditation on sach: the place, the person, the Word, and finally the One -- all true. The escalation ends in non-duality: the True One is everything. Truth is not a rule but the very fabric of reality.

A Question to Sit With

What does a "true place" feel like -- somewhere your mind naturally settles and clears?
