Satgur sayveh say jan nirmal pavitaa — those who serve the true Guru become nirmal, spotless, like still water you can see right through. Man si-o man milaa-ay — mind merges with Mind. The small heart meets the deeper Heart of the One.
Then sabh jag jeetaa — they win the whole world. This is winning inside, not fighting anyone outside. Think of a player who has finally calmed their own nerves. Every game feels different after that.
The last line turns warm. In bidh kusal tayrai mayray meetaa — this is how happiness comes to you too, my friend. Here the Guru speaks straight to the listener, like a friend.
