In plain words

The One fills every place there is — there is nowhere the Oneness is not. Look anywhere, high or low, near or far, and it is already there.

And Nanak says: it is not only out there in the world; it is right inside you and all around you at the very same time, closer than your own breath. Nothing about you is ever hidden or alone — you are always in the company of the One.

The One is everywhere and always with you — inside, outside, closer than your breath — so you are never alone.
The deeper layer

The One is in every place, inside you and around you, so you are never alone.

Vaasudayv sarbatar mai — the All-pervading is in all places; oon na kathoo thaa-ay, no place lacking it. Antar baahar sang hai — inside and outside, always with you. Kaa-ay duraa-ay, "what can be hidden from Him?", is a comfort: you are never hidden, never alone. The same nearness is companionship. The Wawwa Pauri follows: because the One is in every heart, hate no one.

A Question to Sit With

How does it feel to know that wherever you go, you are never by yourself?
