Those whose inner beings are filled with the Love of their Beloved, look beautiful as they speak.

O Nanak, the Lord Himself knows all; the Beloved Lord has infused His Love. ||2||

In plain words

Those whose hearts are full of love for the One look beautiful whenever they speak — the love shines right through their words.

Nanak says: the One knows exactly who they are, because the One is the very source of the love that fills them.

When a heart is full of love, it shines right through ordinary words — and that love was placed there, not manufactured.
The deeper layer

Inner love becomes visible. Jio bolan tivai sohann — "however they speak, they look beautiful": when someone is full of love, nothing is performed; the love simply radiates, even through ordinary words. And the loop closes with grace: har aapay jaandaa jin laa-ee preet — the One "who placed the love there" is the same One who recognizes it. The love was never self-generated; it was infused. So the beauty a loving person carries is, in a sense, the One recognizing itself in them.

A Question to Sit With

Can you tell when someone speaks from real love? What is different about how it feels?
