Is man ka-o nahee aavan jaanaa — this mind does not come and go. The coming and going is a story told by bharam, which means doubt or confusion. Jis kaa bharam ga-i-aa tin saach pachhaanaa — the one whose doubt is gone recognizes what is true.
Think of the sun on a cloudy day. It looks as if the sun has gone. But it never left. The clouds only hid it. The mind was never really lost either. It was hidden behind confusion.
