The Teachings of the Guru are in my heart; the Lord is the Source of nectar. My tongue sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord.

My mind is immersed in, and drenched with the Lord's essence. Fulfilled with the Lord's Love, I shall never feel hunger again. ||3||

The teaching lives in my heart; the One is the source of all sweetness. My tongue sings its praises, and my mind is soaked in its essence. Filled with the One's love, I will never go hungry again.
Soaked in the One's essence, the soul is filled and never hungry again.
The Name as nectar-source, the tongue singing, the mind drenched (Rang) in the essence (Har Ras) -- and the fruit, never hungry again (cf. the satisfaction that ends craving). In the shabad's own image, it is being filled with the One's love that ends the inner hunger.
