ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਏਹੁ ॥
sarab sukhaa sukh saachaa ayhu.

ਗੁਰ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਮਨੈ ਮਹਿ ਲੇਹੁ ॥
gur updays manai meh layho.

ਜਾ ਕਉ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੀ ॥
jaa ka-o raam naam liv laagee.
Those who bear love for the Name of the Lord
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੋ ਧੰਨੁ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ॥੪॥੭॥੭੬॥
kaho naanak so Dhan vadbhaagee. ||4||7||76||

Of all the comforts there are, this is the true one: keep the teacher's teaching in your mind. Those who love the One's name are blessed and truly fortunate.
The one true comfort is keeping the teacher's teaching in mind.
