In plain words

Day and night, some people stay steady in one love, never pulled this way and that. They live knowing the One is always right there beside them.

They make the Name their everyday practice — woven into ordinary life — and they feel full, content, simply from sensing that closeness.

When you sense the One is always close, ordinary life becomes enough.
The deeper layer

This one describes people who feel the One close by, all day and all night.

Rain dinas rahai ik rangaa — night and day, they stay in one love. Parabh ka-o jaanai sad hee sangaa — they know the One is always with them.

Thaakur naam kee-o un vartan — they make the Name their vartan. Vartan means your everyday way of living, the things you do every single day. So the Name is not a ritual set apart from life. It is woven into every part of the day, like breathing.

The fullness they feel is taripat aghaavan, satisfied and fulfilled. It comes from darsan, the felt sense of the One being near. Think of a child doing homework at the kitchen table while a parent cooks nearby. Nothing special happens. Just knowing they are close is enough.

A Question to Sit With

What helps you feel that you're not alone, even when no one else is around?
