ਨਾਮੁ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਜੀਅ ਕੀ ਰਾਸਿ ॥

The Naam is the wealth of my soul.
ਨਾਮੋ ਸੰਗੀ ਜਤ ਕਤ ਜਾਤ ॥
naamo sangee jat kat jaat.
Wherever I go, the Naam is with me.
ਨਾਮੋ ਹੀ ਮਨਿ ਲਾਗਾ ਮੀਠਾ ॥
naamo hee man laagaa meethaa.
The Naam is sweet to my mind.
ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਨਾਮੋ ਡੀਠਾ ॥੨॥
jal thal sabh meh naamo deethaa. ||2||
In the water, on the land, and everywhere, I see the Naam. ||2||

The Name is the real wealth of my soul, and wherever I go, it travels with me.
It has grown sweet to my mind, and now I see that same One in the water, on the land, in everything.
Carry the Name long enough and you begin to see the One everywhere.
Naamo sangee jat kat jaat — the Name is the companion that never stays behind. As it becomes meethaa (sweet), perception itself changes: jal thal sabh meh naamo deethaa — the One is seen everywhere. Loving the Name long enough, you start to notice it in all things.
