The way a person's whole heart can be swept up in what they most desire — that is how completely I love the One.
Love the One with the same completeness you would give to your deepest longing.
Namdev reaches, as he does elsewhere, for the most total human craving he can name to measure the size of his love for Muraaree (a name for the One). The comparison is about intensity — love that leaves nothing held back. He borrows the force of the longing, not its object.
