In plain words

My heart has been struck straight through by the arrow of the One's love.

The One knows exactly this ache inside me, the tender pain I cannot always put into words.

The ache of loving the One is fully known by the One you love.
The deeper layer

This is the rahaa-o, the "pause" line. It is the center of the song.

Mayrai man paraym lago har teer — the arrow of the One's love has struck my heart. Paraym means love, and teer means arrow. The love has already landed.

Then comes the comfort: hamree baydan har parabh jaanai — the One knows my ache. Baydan means pain, the tender ache that love opens up. That ache is not unseen. Think of a parent who can tell you're sad before you say a word. To be known in your longing is itself a kindness.

A Question to Sit With

Is there a feeling in you that you wish someone could simply understand without words?
