Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

I remember and sing of the Creator.

I've become fearless, and found peace, poise and bliss, remembering the endless One.

Fear is the great captor of the heart — and anchoring your life in the endless One is what dissolves it.
The deeper layer

The Pause line names the fruit of remembrance in one word first: "fearless." Fear is the great captor of the human heart, and remembrance of "the infinite Lord" dissolves it — because when your life is anchored in the endless One, the finite threats lose their ultimate power. Peace, poise, and bliss follow the fearlessness.

A Question to Sit With

What fear might loosen if your life felt anchored in something endless rather than fragile?
