In plain words

Mother, father, brothers and sisters, children, relatives — their power to hold you is small.

I have watched glitter's many pleasures, and in the end not one of them goes along.

Family is for loving, not for standing on as bedrock — the honest look at what lasts frees you to lean where it's safe.
The deeper layer

The shabad opens by right-sizing, once more, the things we lean on — family's power is "insignificant" as an ultimate support (not as love, but as bedrock), and Maya's pleasures "none goes with them in the end." This is the block's steady clearing of false securities. But here it is spoken as personal testimony — "I have seen" — the voice of someone who looked honestly at what lasts and what doesn't, and is now ready to say where they will actually place their weight.

A Question to Sit With

What have you 'watched' come and go enough times to stop treating it as your foundation?
