In plain words

Among kings, You are the King. Among landholders, You are the Landholder.

Among masters, You are the Master. Among all peoples, Yours is the highest people.

Every impressive thing you can name — every king, every master — is a small echo of a greatness standing behind it.
The deeper layer

This shabad is a sustained litany — a rolling list in which every superlative in the human world is topped by the One. Whatever is greatest in any category, the One is the greatest of that. The effect is not flattery but a re-sizing of the imagination: every impressive thing you can name is a small echo of a greatness that stands behind it. Kings and masters are real, but they are dim reflections of the One who is King of kings, Master of masters.

A Question to Sit With

What's the most impressive thing you can think of? What might it be a faint echo of?
