Meeting the True Guru, the mind becomes content, and then, hunger and desire will not trouble you any longer.

Obtaining the treasure of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, one does not go knocking at other doors. ||2||
Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
Meet the true teaching and the mind grows content — then hunger and craving stop hounding you.
Once you've found the treasure of the Name, you stop knocking on every other door.
Contentment is when you stop knocking on every other door, because the one thing that fills has been found.
The verse names the fruit: contentment. A content mind is one that has stopped "knocking at other doors" — the restless door-to-door begging of desire that never finds enough. The Name is the treasure that ends the search, not by giving more but by satisfying. Hunger and craving "do not trouble you any longer" — not suppressed, but quieted at the source, because the one thing that fills has been found.
A Question to Sit With
What 'doors' do you keep knocking on, hoping the next one will finally be enough?
