You shall obtain the four blessings, and the treasures of bliss, pleasure, peace, poise and the spiritual powers of the Siddhas. ||1||Pause||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Lay your prayer before the One.

You'll gain the four blessings and every treasure — bliss, ease, peace, poise, and even the mystic powers.

Aim at the One in simple prayer, and even the things others chase arrive on their own, as byproducts.
The deeper layer

The Pause line invites simple prayer and promises abundance — the "four blessings" (the traditional aims of life) and every treasure, even the coveted siddhis. The point is not to chase the powers but to note that they, too, come as byproducts to the one who simply prays. Aim at the One, and the rest arrives on its own.

A Question to Sit With

What might arrive on its own if you stopped chasing it and simply turned toward the source?
