O Nanak, one who recognizes the Perfect Lord God, takes all with him, and saves everyone. ||2||21||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

How fruitful is the birth of the One's servant — the Creator is his Father.

The one who knows the Perfect One, Nanak says, takes everyone with him and saves them.

The good of one devoted life is never private — it lifts the whole circle, a rising tide that carries others up.
The deeper layer

The close widens the fruit of one devoted life to everyone: such a person "takes all with him, and saves everyone." The good of a life turned to the One is never private property; it lifts the whole circle around it. To save yourself, in this vision, is to help save others too — the devoted person is a rising tide.

A Question to Sit With

Whose devotion or goodness has quietly lifted you along with them?
