In plain words

With love and glad energy, praise the One, the storehouse of nectar.

My mind is soaked in the One's Name, and so it gathers this profit.

Every moment, worship with devotion, day and night; through the teacher's guidance, sincere love wells up.

The One is a storehouse of sweetness that never runs empty — and soaking your mind in it, gladly and with energy, is both the work and the treasure at the same time.
The deeper layer

"The storehouse of nectar" (amrit kaa bhandaar) — an image of inexhaustible sweetness, a treasury that never empties (echoing Aasaa's Giver whose storehouse never runs dry). And the practice is done "with love and energetic affection" — Guru Ram Das never wants devotion to be listless. The word he uses for the profit is that the mind, "drenched with the Name," earns it — soaking in the Name is itself the earning. You do not first work and then get soaked; the soaking is the work and the wealth at once. Devotion here is glad, energetic, and its own reward.

A Question to Sit With

Is there something you love doing so much that the doing of it is already the reward?
