In plain words

People put on all sorts of costumes and disguises.

But in the end, each one is seen just as they are.

You can dress up in any role, and in the end you are seen just as you are.
The deeper layer

You can wear any costume, and in the end you are seen just as you are.

Bhaykh-Dhaaree means someone who puts on an outfit or a look to seem holy. The verse says people try many such disguises. Jaiso saa taiso daristaaree: whatever you are inside, that is what is seen.

Think of a costume party. The masks are fun, and when the night ends, everyone goes home as themselves. The verse aims at no single faith. It speaks of putting on a show of goodness, in any form, and it invites honesty on the inside.

A Question to Sit With

Is there a place where you feel you can drop the act and just be yourself?
