You are the farthest of the far, beyond the beyond, O my Lord and Master; You alone know Yourself, O Lord of the Universe. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You are the Great First Being, far beyond reach, beyond knowing. I keep searching, and I cannot find how deep You go.

You are farther than the farthest, beyond the beyond, O my Master. Only You know Yourself, O Lord of the Universe.

Some things are so vast you can only marvel at them.
The deeper layer

The One is too vast to reach or measure, and only the One knows the One.

Tum(H) vad purakh bad agam agochar means "You are the Great Being, beyond reach and beyond the senses." Ham dhoodh rahay paa-ee nahee haath means "I keep searching and cannot find Your depth."

Too parai parai aprampar su-aamee means "You are beyond the beyond, O Master." Picture looking up at the night sky: past every star there are more stars. The feeling is wonder, the kind that makes you go quiet.

A Question to Sit With

What is the biggest, most amazing thing you can imagine — so big you cannot picture its edges?
