har rang raataa sad bairaagee har nikat tinaa ghar aavaigo.
Those who are attuned to the Lord's Love remain balanced and detached forever; they live near the Lord, who comes into their house.
tin kee pank milai taaN jeevaa kar kirpaa aap divaavaigo. ||1||
If I am blessed with the dust of their feet, then I live. Granting His Grace, He Himself bestows it. ||1||

In plain words

Those dyed in the love of the One stay calm and free of clinging, always. The One is near them, and comes into their home.

If I am given the dust of their feet, then I live. In kindness, the One gives it to me.

The One lives close to loving hearts, right at home within them.
The deeper layer

The One stays close to loving hearts, and being near such people brings you to life.

Sad bairaagee: always free of clinging, calm whatever comes. Har nikat: the One is near. Pank: the dust of their feet. Asking for the dust of someone's feet is a very humble way of asking to stay near them and learn from them. Even that comes as a gift: kar kirpaa aap divaavaigo, the One gives it in kindness.

A Question to Sit With

Whose gentle presence makes you feel that goodness is close by?
